(The building is oil-heated through winter.)This unit has many windows making it bright and airy, and it is air conditioned ensuring comfort on hot mid-summer days. A private deck accessed by sliding door or exterior steps is equipped with barbecue.The Loft leases on an annual basis with a 12-month lease: all utilities included plus satellite TV, wireless internet, North American phone package, heated pool/snow removal, lakefront access and boat usage, furnished (or unfurnished) plus washer and dryer –all included! The owner is open to subletting or lease-sharing within an agreed-upon set of policies.
