50% Deposit at the Time of Making Your Reservation
Balance upon arrival
Deposits are refundable if a cancellation notice is received at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. An administration fee of $25.00 is non-refundable. For cancellations made with less than 60 days notice, deposits are not refunded. For July and August reservations, your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your reservation after May 1st.
Cheques for deposit or full payment in advance (4 weeks from arrival date) will be accepted
Excessive Cleaning Charge of $25 / Hour
Damages or breakage will be charged back to the client accordingly
Check-In Time is 4:00 p.m. / Check-Out Time is 10:00 a.m.
Late Check-Out Charge $ 25 / Hour or Part thereof applies
No Refunds for Late Arrivals or Early Departure
Visitors of Guests must Register with the Office (day guest $15/person, night guest $25/person) Number of persons and guests can not exceed cottage maximum day or night
Customer request to change all linen midweek – $ 50
Cottages have no phones or internet connections
Customer request to change all towels midweek – $ 25
Pool Hours are 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (weather permitting)
